Once again I will attempt to write my life down and all the odd occurances. Through it all I hope you can find my twisted sense of humor somewhat...humorous. Leave me a message in my Guestbook! |

I attended my first Shoot fighting/Kung Fu class last night. I heard about it from Matt B. and so I decided to check it out. It was excellent! I think it's the whole testosterone thing. Basically, it was just a bunch of guys getting together in a padded room and learning how to do maneuvers to turn the opponent into a pretzel. What else could one ask for? I am going to go back next week and if I still feel the same I will talk to Mark (one of the instructors) about joining. I was tempted to go in full samurai dress but Matt said that probably not the best idea. I was actually a little hesitant when I first entered the building, because there was a class of kids already in progress and they were doing a bunch of yelling "HAAAAAAACAACHSSHH!!!" and moves just for show. Both of which didn't appeal to me. The class that I took was totally different. Very laid back, most of the people there were my own age, no yelling, tons of pretzel forming moves, perfect. I can't wait for my next class.
