I'd never heard of Cincinatti chili until Jenny started raving about having it at work. I was a little leary of it at first. She said it had cinnamon in it, so that gave me the impression it would be sweet. In spite of my fear, I made a freakin' huge batch of it last night for dinner. It was REALLY good. It was a little sweet, yet still had bite from spices that kicked it up a notch. One truly amazing thing was that one of the ingredients was chocolate!!! ("Godt be praised!"-Monty Python)

Mmmmm.....whoever came up with that recipe was a genius! I would like to shake their hand!
