Jenny, Tina,and I went to see Napoleon Dynamite on Monday...it was great!!! I knew that it would be funny, but it exceeded my expectations. Just recently I watched a promo for some footage that was added and will begin showing on Friday. I think it may have been so funny to me because it hit little close to home. Yes, I was a goob in junior high. I had tinted glasses that were dark brown at the top and faded to clear towards the bottom, along with the back of my hair being permed and a thin black leather tie that I wore on occasion. At the time I couldn't figure out why the glasses weren't catching on as the new fad. Now, I wish I could go back and smack myself in the eye doctors office for even thinking about them.
